Fantan Mojah signs to Greensleeves + Album Release Party

Rising roots reggae artist FANTAN MOJAH has recently completed his signing to join the roster at London based reggae label Greensleeves Records.
Fantan, a deeply spiritual Rastafarian, came to world-wide prominence in 2004 when his first single “Hungry” for Jamaican label Downsound Records went to No. 1 in the reggae charts and stayed there for 8 weeks. No mean feat for a new artist. His Nyabinghi tinged second single “Hail The King” followed and also became a No. 1 hit song. His captivating stage performances and humble demeanour confirmed that he is more than a mere “hype” artist. His message is simple – to spread Jah’s powerful message of peace, love and understanding. Fantan’s overwhelming talent and captivating live performances will certainly hold him in good stead for the future.
Fantan Mojah’s debut album “Hail The King” for Greensleeves Records is slated for release in November 2005.
Fantan is scheduled to be appearing live for Hot97’s “Who’s Next Series” the week of October 23rd in New York City.
